What happens if you dont pay playstation downloads?

Free playstation download error?
So i got through to the psn store surprisingly without any problems and got little big planet first. However when i got the free ps3 game 2 in the middle of the download it had an error and when i went back to the page it wont let me get the second download..... this makes me mad. Is there anyway i can fix this or is it not even worth trying? If so who should i contact. I understand also that millions of other people must be doing this at this time as well i just am worried to much time will pass before they can fix this. Also because i tried to get the free game 2 download instead of the game, it does not show up in my downloads so i cant even re download it.

COD DLC playstation download help!!!?
Ok so yesterday I bought the Rezurrection call of duty map pack from the store it was supposed to have the zombie maps moon and the old classic maps the zombies soundtrack and the moon wall paper but when mine was done downloading I did not get the classic zombies with my purchase I looked all over the screen and looked on private match but I only got moon the soundtrack and the moon background no old classic maps I really want the old maps I tried redown loading it but no dice please help me with this I spent 15 dollars mainly to get the old maps please help

Can you send, exchange, return, refund, gift any playstation downloads or is it permanent on account.?
I bought Tekken and was wonder if i can do anything with the download.
