Today, I was playing an old Playstation game on my Playstation 2. When I tried to save it on the Playstation memory card, it said, " No memory card inserted." I made sure the PlayStation memory card was in, and tried again. No response. I reset the PS2, and went to Browser, and sure as hell, it had no PlayStation 1 memory card showing up. I took out the PlayStation memory card, blew into it like a faulty DS card, and blew into the PlayStation slot, but nothing. I've had that memory card in my PS2 for months, and even played a PS1 game in there with the memory card's files a few weeks ago Can somebody help me?

Ok so i've asked this question before but I didn't get any answers I know you HAVE to use a PS1 memory card in your PS2 for any PS1 games so don't tell me I am using the wrong type of card . Anyway, I have tried TWO different PS1 memory cards now one official, one third party . Neither of these have been recognised by my PS2. Is there anything I am doing wrong? does it have to be a certain type of card...or in a certain memory card slot? heeelp it's really annoying me
